Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and backend services
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces
• Design, optimize, and maintain database structures
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Continuously improve development processes and adopt modern tools and practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack web development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js and NestJS
• Experience with React and modern frontend development
• Good understanding of REST API design and integration
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or similar
• Understanding of authentication, security, and application performance best practices
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude) to improve productivity and development workflows
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team

• Conduct market research on the company's IT products and services to identify business expansion opportunities.
• Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, personal meetings, and other communication methods.
• Identify client business pain points and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Perform analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets within the specified timeframe, utilizing effective and innovative strategies to drive sales growth.
• Provide proper customer service, offer information, and propose solutions to any arising issues.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or related fields.
• Work experience in IT sales.
• Proficiency in languages (Russian, English).
