Messengers

Messenger is an instant messaging service released by Facebook.
Unlike most text messaging apps, Messenger can do a whole lot more than just send texts. Messenger has lots of opportunities, we can send not only messages but also GIFs, videos, voice messages, etc.

Some wonderful small features included in messenger is its typing indicator when the person is writing something, delivered receipts, read receipts and timestamp when the message was sent, with another for when the most recent one was read.

Facebook messenger is continuing to raise the bar on customer engagement and customer experience. Facebook has over 1 billion users to serve. Brands who are adding messenger to their suite of service channels are experiencing amazing gains in service volume and performance on important metrics such First Response Time. Brands can only engage with a customer once the customer has taken certain actions. A customer must “opt in” on this channel by sending a message directly to a business in Messenger window, by tapping “Get Started” from the welcome screen on a businesses’ messenger window, or by agreeing during checkout on the brand’s website. Messenger keeps away from random and unwelcome messages.

With all the variety of messengers, they all had one thing in common was the status. When you open an application the first thing you is a list of contacts and those who are currently online. By default, when you logged in, you also broadcasted to the world that you are online. In order to have a conversation with someone both of you should be online.

We already know that messenger gives us enough opportunities to communicate. It supports audio and video calls, from both mobile app and the desktop website.

In conclusion we would like to speak about our Armenian messenger “Zangi” which already achieved excellent results in a short time. You can send text, voice messages, share video and audio files, etc. We are very proud of our Armenian made messenger. Enjoy the fastest and the most private messaging in the world! Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely Yours, TCO Team.
